I came across an article at CMSWire written about a year ago, which remains just as relevant even today. The article has a clear and concise advice on that difficult subject - how does one measure the success of the intranet? In most cases, the success of an intranet is measured as one would measure the success of a website - traffic, page views, time spent on site etc. According to the author, focus should only be on two areas - service and time. Time is the most scarce resource for an employee, and even in modern society in general. People want access to the right information and people in the organization - and they want it instantly. Â
